Does anyone else have trouble sticking with a diet?
Hey guys, I've been having problems sticking with my diet. Not necessarily the foods I eat (although the past week or so I admit I could've eaten cleaner... in fact, just tonight I had taco bell), but since it's summer time I'm not always home. I'm either working or out with my friends. And it's the times that I'm with my friends that I run into problems. For example, today I ate around 1-ish and then me, my brother and our friends played basketball till 3:30. After that we all went home and showered. While I was home I had a protein shake, but that was it. And around 5 we went to the mall. I was starving the whole time at the mall and didn't get to taco bell until about 9 o clock. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do?
Right now I'm trying to lose the extra body fat that I've carried all my life so I'm on a Keto diet. It's been working pretty well, I've lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks, I just hope I'm not losing too much muscle. That's what I'm most afraid of. I bulked up to 160 before summer came around, which was my goal and I accomplished that =] so right now I'm trying to get lean and then I'll bulk again once school starts up.
