Belly Fat !
Hi guys. And Gurlz.
So I've been training for 10 weeks, only to know that the trainer gave me a mass training program (10 reps, 3 sets), while i was trying to cut fat.
I lost some weight, but then I've tried a pre-workout product (nitric oxide, creatine, caffeine, etc.)
So now I've been 2 weeks and a half without training because i've suffered overtraining, jitters, the nerve under my eyes were shaking , which in turns makes the eyes shake, which in turns makes your vision "step". Which gives you headache.
Anyway, that was a sign of overtraining, so I took some weeks off.
Guess what happens.. took my weight back on ! I still have the muscle i gained, but my fat have returned ! (endomorph).
I'm quite upset. Also, my belly looks like a balloon. That's the main thing here: How can I have a FLAT belly...
