My weekend was a nutrition disaster....as in, didn't really watch what I ate at all...I'm sure I picked up a Lb or two...but I'm working that off this week in prep for The Hatfield next week....
Although, not being on keto anymore makes so much happier after eating, but it also makes it so easy to just leave them out at dinner time, and any late night cravings...
I'll work on my Hatfield diet tonight, see what you guys think.....
Edit: Just got home from emergency babysitting.....niece fell downstairs...all ok though, just a few bumps and bruises. So me tired, and crashing out.....work on diet tomorrow...yawn!

Workout 6-1-2009
Well I've been a bit scarce as of late here on good old bodybuilding.com, but not by choice, just everything else piling up in my way to get on here! regardless, though, here's my workout from today!!
SuperSet:
Chest A Flat Dumbbell Flyes 50lbx10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10.
Biceps A Dumbbell Curls 50lbx10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10.
Calves B
Standing Calf Raise 40x20-20x20, 40x20-20x20, 40x20-20x20.
Leg Press Calf Raises (toes out) 1115lbx12,12,12.
Leg Press Calf Raises (standard) 1355x10,10,10,10,10*
*I wanted to go heavier, but ran out of room on both the sides as well as the top.
Was a sweet workout, though! Really attacked it hard, and got it done!!!! Felt good to walk out of there knowing I gave it everything I could (well, with exception to knowing I could have gone 200-300lb heavier on the Calf Raises if there was more room for the plates)...
Guys, seriously if I can make this cross country road trip happen, it is going to be awesome working out with you! My goal, what I am hoping and praying will happen, is that over a 2 week span I get to train with 10 of you, then hit the MRI Headquarters in San Fran, then fly home! I WANT this to happen, I'm doing my best to get it done!!!!
I'll keep you posted!!

Australian summers are way better than NZ's summers - sometimes it feels like they don't even happen.

Hell I've always wanted to get to Aussieland and NZ...I want to see a real, or authentic Maori warrior dance. That **** is sick!
All you guys have to do is hope my numbers, match the winning numbers tonight and I'll make it happen, first class!! Might sound stupid, but why not me? Someone always wins eventually...I have 3 numbers from a quick-pick...haven't even looked at them yet..maybe pull off a TGZ world tour, start a corporation and everything....

I can't wait til next week man....begin The Hatfield, and my new full stack..backed with NO2 Black and Pro-Nos...which just happens to be the best tasting chocolate protein powder..ever. Getting psyched day by day...taking a week off sucks..I feel so damn lazy! At least I'm still cutting time off my run almost every day, so there's some progress....
Working on my diet plan now..I'll post it later, see what you guys think..
JS: How "warm" does the 8fx make you feel? Lots of sweating? Jittery?...I noticed the low caffeine which I need but I'm not sure what other stims in the 8fx may do the same thing...

Well I sppose it doesn't matter how it makes me feel, as I belive MRI discontinued 8Fx, could be mistaken, but I believe they did...
It's soft acting man, no jitters at all...
