Oatmeal at night??

Hey folks,

Lately I've been having a protein shake at night, before bed. It contains 1 scoop muscle max, 1/2 c oats, 1tbsp flax seed, a banana.

I'm wondering if that's ok to have at night, or should I switch it to just protein powder and increase my flax intake during the day?? Not sure if that's too many carbs for sleeping on...
