Devin Townsend. That guy can reach levels with his voice that i've never heard matched. He can go from a raspy, shrill voice, to an ear-ringing whail, a crazed growl, to a melodic and soaring voice, all in the same lyric.

Sammy Hagar-this guy can sing anything, he's in his 60's and sounds as good as he did in his 20's.
I'm also a big fan of Dio...that guy has a great classic metal voice, his work with Sabbath is awsome.
