It was nice meeting you Marc, and congrats on your win. I could tell you worked hard for it, as you came in ripped to the bone!. As for me, well there was no point in me going all out for this show since i just used it as a stepping stone to qualify for the Provincals, which i will do next year. And that's when i will go balls to the walls all on on my contest prep, so be ready! Yeh i just dieting down a little over 9 weeks for this show, so my condition was alittle off, but i was still holding a good amount of water. Reason being is i was trying to peak for my photo shoot that i had with NxLabs in Toronto this Monday morning. So when everyone else got to stuff their faces with pizza and cheese cake, i had to continue dieting, drive back home from Regina!, then hop on a plane to Toronto, then woke up the next morning for the shoot! I was so dead tierd, but the shoot went awesome!

It was an awesome show for me since it was my first show, you still looked really good even with the lack of preparation! and i hope to see you in the magazines soon! I guess we will meet again next year haha, until then have a good year and train hard!

yeh im much more developed over all then marc.. he just had conditioning over me.. Its crazy the amount of emails im getting from people saying that i was robbed and i should have won the whole show.. Oh well it was just a qualifier i had fun at the show.. Marc looked great IMO..

This is true, i felt that you had the best development at the show and i had the best conditioning at the show, i thought that whoever won between me and you would win the overall title as well. The guy who won overall was still more developed then me but i was better conditioned and i didnt think he was a whole lot more conditioned then you (maybe a bit in the legs but other then that not to much). But in the long run i thought you should have beat me before the guy who beat me in the overall did but what can ya do as you said it was just a qualifier.

yes u were definetly the most conditiond at the show.. And thats what the judges like to see at the novice shows.. The guy that won the overall, again i think my overall package is better then his, yeh he was abit tighter in the legs, i think his shape may have been abit more symmetrical then yours. You were more muscular then him.. Anyways keep up the good work..
