If i had a choice of a life time free protein it would be nitro tech hardcore without a doubt it god stuff but really expensive, i would abuse the hell out of it,by the way i hate muscletech!

I'm going to be buying some 100% Whey from Optimum Nutrition and I only like Chocolate Flavors. Which one would be the best? Extreme Chocolate Milk or Double Rich Chocolate?

Dymatize Elite 12 hour protein worked great for me .It has fast and slow digesting protein plus is loaded with Glutamine, BCAAs, Essential Fatty Acids. Plus it tastes great

does neone have any opinions on a weight gainer? i already take 100% whey but i work 7 days a week 12 hours a day and its hard for me to get a lot of calories in to gain muscle. neone have any opinions on the best out there

How is the GNC wheyabolic protein. That's what I'm curently taking. Noticed I haven't seen anyone taking that stuff. So I'm thinking it's not any good.

i use universal real gains, but why don't you look under the best weight gainer section

where do you get it from, its not on here and not in my local gnc?

the new amplified wheybolic extreme 60 is good but its rediculously expensive

For those of who who are having trouble gaining. Its one of these 2 things or its both, honestly in my experience its usually both. Your not training hard enough and your not eating right. Over the last 4 weeks i have been taking pro complex half hour before my workout and 100%whey right after. If your having trouble making gains and if your pushing yourself this with a proper diet you will see some good gains. And proper nutrition means DRINKING WATER!

im not a GNC guy at all, but i just checked the profile on this an im pretty impressed.this is def the kind of protein im looking for. I was looking at isoflex also.

Just bought Ultimate Nutritions Iso Mass XTREME Gainer yesterday.
I got the chocolate / peanut butter flavour which aint half bad.

obviously i don't have anything to say on results quite yet.
has anyone else used this product with water as a lean gainer? what were your results like?

I used that stuff. It's good. I think in terms of Whey Protein, I might check out SportPharma or CytoSport. But I've also heard good things about Dymatize. Ughhh!! Too many to choose from.

I tried IsoPure and liked it but nothing compares to the gains I have received while on PRO COMPLEX

Lol. Yeah, Pro Complex is pretty beast! I love it, but it's so costly.
