i could grab a 2-3 below official rim, but now then i've screwed it up with broad jumps so now i'm doing plyometrics and a bit box jumps so i'll be getting this again in no time.

I can dunk easy but I'm 6'5"
A lot of our 6' guards that could dunk were around 38-40" verticals.

My vert has increased about 6 inches in the last 4 months.. most notably about 2 inches in the last month after I started doing deadlifts.. wow what a great workout.

Man... that's a freak wingspan. But something doesn't quite add up... my wingspan is around 6'4"; my standing vert can't be much more than yours... you should be able to dunk from a standstill.

Bra if you had a 6'11" wingspan Id be highly surprised. Kevin Durant is 6'9" and has something like a 7'4" wingspan. There is no way you have a bigger difference in height/ wingspan at 6'1". Prove me wrong though.

If you had a 30 inch vert with a 6'11 wingspan...you should be able to dunk it from a standstill. I'm 6'1 and I can get close from no step and from one step I can dunk it. My wingspan is 6'5 and my vert is like 25 standing and 30-32 running.

Im 6'1, 18 years old and can dunk. Threw it down for first time Sophmore year at 16. Can do a variety with my best one being a 360. 2 inches short from getting my elbow in the rim. A goal of mine though. Been training for vert off and on since 7th grade when I did Air Alert and jumpsoles. Now focus on weight lifting and plyometrics. Hoping that in a couple years time I'll be throwing down some of the dunks you see on flying101 or teamflightbrothers. We'll see though.

lmfao
u guys are pathetic.... wtf is a alley oop under the rim
am i the only one that can dunk vertical and catch alley oops ABOVE the rim?
probably so
all these clowns claiming to dunk and what not, there are an alarming # of people i see everyday at bball courts that cant even sniff a dunk.so IMO 90% of the people are lying
that running from the 3 point line dunk is garbage
try dribbling off a cross over and elevating off 1 leg in the paint
then come holler

huh? I was "dribbling off a cross over and elevating" at 17...not 29 homeboy.
Fact is, dunking isnt super hard. Anybody with decent athleticism and who is willing to work at it can do it.
