I hear you on that! My son does the same thing. It's especially hard during the week. Last night he wanted me to eat a Twizzler with him.......and he's gotten too smart to fake putting something in my mouth. So now I have to actually put it in my mouth, fake chew it, and then spit it out when he's no longer looking.

Not put weight on, well apart from carb water but my DVT has been a huge cardio issue for me still pounding the weights hard though.
Will keep you posted

Okay, so 4 weeks in hospital for a blood clot in my leg and 2weeks in the Philippines has meant I am no longet happy with how I currently look.
I feel like a doughman!!! Well, today is the first day back now and so will be slowly updating as I go along.
Still the same diet (if it aint broke..............) and still the same weights plan too.

Crap man! Blood clots can be brutal! How are you doing? I'm glad they caught it while it was in your leg - and before it moved up. Did you have symptoms that made you get it checked out?
Oh, and welcome back!

It's good to have you back silent. I went off keto two weeks ago - currently bulking. Gotta add some mass! But I'll definitely go back to keto at some point - the results were fantastic!
EDIT: It's like a keto reunion in this thread.

I know man! All we need is Rubberguard! I've been kinda struggling to drop below 195 for ove a month now. But this week I've made a commitment to up my cardio. Yesterday I walked 50 min at 3.4mph at 7.5% incline. Hopefully I get going in the right direction again!!

Hey man read your whole Log. Great Stuff! You've done a great job jumping over obstacles to get where you are, which makes your thread very motivational to say the least.
What are DVTs?
Glad to see you are back with your thread as well. I'm currently in my 6th week of 16 week cut and 3rd week of KETO. I'm doing 65/30/5 macros for KETO. I started out with similar stats and size as you. I'm hoping to get similar results as you too.
I'm doing 30min of cardio after my weights 4 days a week. I also add a 45min cardio on a off day. Do you think thats enough cardio. I may bump it up as I get into my last 4 weeks.
Cant wait to contribute to your log. I may start one of my own even though I'm in my 6th week. I got a killa leg workout tonight so I gotta run.

DVT - depp vein thrombosis. clots in the veins that could possibly travel into either your lungs or your heart; heart attack or stroke. dealt with by getting injections in your stomach and then blood thinners taken daily in tablet forms.
I am now on warfrin (blood thinners) for life which does not really affect my day to day life as long as I do not forget.
I would say cardio is fine for now as if you go to high now, you don't have much to play with at a later stage.
keep going up by around 10mins every week till you get to 1hr and thenn maybe another cardio session at a seperate time in the day.
I do 40mins AM fasted and then after a while slowly stat to add 10mins PWO.
All the best with your log dude. ONLY advice I can give is to keep your fats clean!!!!!! it makes things go a lot quicker.
