Need good HOME routine
Hey everyone...FBS here. Finally got some of my weight equipment back. My ex sold ALL my dumbbells so i am looking for some suggestions for a good workout that utilizes a bench, curl bar and lat machine. I have a preacher attachment as well as a leg attachment. As far as lat set-up goes...i can use it for multiple back exercises (pulldowns, seated pulls, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, etc.). As far as bench goes...well, flat and incline will work. Again...it sucks, but i have no dumbbells to utilize. Looking for a 4-5 day split with these items utilized. Thanks in advance for any input. Take care.
