My primary supplement is Venom. I want to get something a little stronger.
My goal is to work on my abs and I need a little boost.
Anyone out there recomment a good supplement.
Thanks all!

You could try topicals like metaboderm on top of a weight loss pill.
From what i'm told Venom is pretty strong stuff.
I've heard great things about lipo 6x as well.
Be sure to kick up the cardio and when doing sit ups really suck in and flex as opposed to blowing out your stomach.

or we could go with the tried and true "run on the treadmill and do more sit ups" approach.

It's the supplement section. Obviously she's looking for a boost.

Abs are made in the kitchen as they say.
I've heard good things about Lipo6, Animal Cuts, Lean Xtreme, and CL REDuction.

Your diet is the only way to get the abs of your dreams.

I had the same problem as you as far as the layer of fat and extra skin from having babies.
I have done a million sit-ups but nothing worked until I got on track as far as my diet. Until about 3 months ogo I thought I was doing pretty good as far as my diet until I really looked at it. Now I can say I have it perspective and now I am seeing results. EAT CLEAN ALWAYS!!!

Your diet is where you need to look,
but concidering you have that down and you just want to look
more 'cut'
then you will want to drop your water weight,
which comes from diruetics & cutting water intake ... it's a short-term application (say you want to go to the beach or something :P)

Lipo 6, Cytolean
I've heard good things about Lipo 6 and Cytolean.
You can also try some interval cardio.

you guys can tell her the what she wantsto hear, or you could tell her the truth.
listen ive dieted since Jan up till to get to 6% bodyfat, my abs came in for the first time since high school about a month ago!!!!!
ive tightened up my diet even more since then and now im really ripped up
i havent done one situp to tell the truth, barely any cardio.
but it was all diet.
you wanna see your abs this is what you do:chicken breast+spinach+whey protein shakes+raw almonds+water+ one cheat meal a week= ripped up abs.
it that simple but its that hard...............really hard.
