Stats for May 14th (Day 49)
Weight: 251.5
1.5 pounds for the week.
My weight on day 49 was 251.5. Again this week I superseted most of my exercises for the cardio effect.
Total Weight Loss thus far:
18.5 pounds
The Uglies:
(Day 1 / Day 49)
I appogize for the horrible quality, it's nearly impossible to see detail in them.
ERGOLean AMPv2 notes
Fat is still coming off. Happy about that. Hmm, I need to lay in the tanning bed more. Oh well. Still great energy. I can notice the appetite suppression more and more. The only time I get really hungry is in the morning. Any other time, I can go longer without eating. Though, I need to remind myself to eat something. The appetite suppression effect doesn't effect me in food quantity.. only food frequency.
Still don't like the burning sensation in the back of my throat when taken on an empty stomach. Other than that, I have no complaints at all!

Your results are mind boggling. Honestly, GREAT JOB!
You look like a different person. And these are just pictures so I'm sure in person the change is even more noticeable.
Keep up the great work, and keep hitting it hard until that final bottle is gone .... and then buy some more

Dude, I'm loving the results! I'll do a final review then I'm thinking of extending this log one more month and adding the 11-OXO to the mix to have a full 12 week thing.

Monday (2 days ago) was Day 60 of this log. I didn't make it to the gym b/c of Memorial day, so I got my final weight and pics last night. Later tonight, when I get home from work, i'll write my final review of the 60 Day experience.

Final review
FINAL REVIEW
Thank you very much to ErgoPharms and BigSpaz for selecting me to run ERGOLean AMPv2
About My Run
Dosing: 4 a day. 2 upon first waking and 2 in the mid afternoon for 60 days.
Diet: High Protein, Moderate Fat, Medium-Low Carb (I don?t count calories. I have a general idea of what I?m eating.
Initial thoughts of AMP2: The packaging is very simple: Black and Silver. It doesn?t display any hoity-toity graphics that make you feel like what you are about to consume will make you like a superhero. The product speaks for itself. More on that later. When opening the bottle, there is a strong raspberry scent to the capsules. It?s very pleasant. The caps are red and say ?AMP? on them.
Consumption: The pills are small and I didn?t have a problem at all swallowing them.
--------------------------
Product Claims
-Appetite Suppression:
Over time, I noticed more and more the appetite suppression. For me it wasn?t I couldn?t eat very much, it was that I didn?t get hungry when I otherwise would have. I had to remind myself sometimes to get the protein shake in or whatever else.
Energy ? jitter free: no crashes:
The bottle says per 2 caps there are 160mg of caffeine. That?s equivalent to 1.5-2 cups of coffee. AMP2 also contains Geranium Oil. This is also an energy supplement different from caffeine. It has thermogenic properties and can be used as a general purpose stimulant.
The energy I got from AMP2 was very level. It wasn?t ?Holy Crap I just won millions of dollars playing PowerBall ? (btw, I have tickets for tonight)? It was very focused and a ready-to-go kind of energy. I like this type of energy very much. It won?t let you down like how a hot date can on a Saturday night and you wake up Sunday morning to an empty bed and a case crabs. (you get my drift)
----------
What I didn?t like about AMPv2:
When taking the product on an empty stomach, 10 minutes afterwards you can get a very uncomfortable burning sensation in the back of your throat. I?ve read that Forskohlii can cause this. Eating some food clears this up.
----------
My Results
Starting Weight: 270
Closing Weight: 251
Net Loss in 2 months: 19 pounds.
My weight loss started out strong and in the first month I lost nearly 14 pounds. The second month I only lost 5 pounds. My diet wasn?t any different between the two months. Though, I didn?t do as much cardio the second month as I did the first month. AMPv2 isn?t a miracle drug. You have to put your part into it. We can deduce, with proper diet and consistent exercise, you can loose a very nice amount of weight with ERGOLean AMPv2. It will pronounce your weight loss.
