I often in the Bucyrus, Lexington, Galion and Mansfield areas,
is there anyone in these areas that can teach me and help me train?
I'am 6 foot something 210 pounds and scrawny, I have been told I have
good potiental to be a bodybuilder but I do not got the slightest clue on how
to go about is there anyone willing to help?

I used to live in that area (in Lexington a few years, then Lucas/Mansfield) I forget which Y I used to go to (like...what street it was on)....but it was awesome and I know some people who are really into traning in that area....I'll ask them about the local gyms & repost. : )

Thanks I appreicate it, I have not been to the Lexington Y yet but I know where it is because someone from Jiu-jitsu class teaches Akido there, I can not attend due to the hours thou, but yeah if you find someone let me know.
