Don't sweat the small ****. Usually if you feel the need to take a day off, it's your body and mind telling you to do so. I hope the stomach ache goes away soon though!

Nice! I am enjoying rare computer time at night. Kids aren't due home for 15 minutes and the hubby is upstairs on the computer. Hopefully he is on our computer and not working!
I used to love hockey when I lived in Buffalo. Went to tons of Sabres games. Kind of fell out of it when they missed that season. I don't even remember when that was. lol.

He is on call this week, so he gets real busy during the day and sometimes gets paged at night. It's really only those weeks that he even thinks about working. I think he is either studying Portuguese or playing a video game. I am in the bedroom and can't hear.
I wish there was a hockey team around here. I LOVED going to the games! There is just minor league around here. Actually, the Adirondack Red Wings.

a few years back, the Adirondack Red Wings were supposed to be moving here, about 5 miles from where I live, but it didn't happen.
We have a new ECHL team in Toledo starting up this fall...get this...the Toledo Walleye!

Not as gay as the Syracuse Crunch (owned by Nestle). lol. My parents lived out there for a while and every time we went to a game, it cracked me up.

So on sunday, i went fishing on the pier 60 out on clearwater beach...dude, the trout was crazy out there yet my brother-in-law and I couldn't catch a @#$#@ thing. There were these guys to the left of us who kept catching one after the other....
after about 9 hours out there..lol i finally give up and rip all the fancy leaders off the rods put a hook size 3 and a a shrimp on each of our 3 rods....
all of a sudden bam...they start hitting. wasted 9 hours count em..yup ....had we been doing that from the get go we'd of been stuffed with all the trout....

It reminds me of a show that was on Spike TV. It was an asian show dubbed into English. I have no idea if that was the people were actually saying or if it was made up, but I'd laugh my ass off watching it.
