I think I'm going to start taking 2 AMP 2s / day at noon (instead of a ripped pack)...AMP KILLS my appetite like nothing else.

Hopefully the fat burning will be good, that's what I'm counting on. It's not like I've been blowing my diet or anything, but it has been kind of miserable sitting here at work starving.

Good news is taking 2 at 5pm does not mess with my sleep, which is pretty fragile.
I took it for three days and noticed an increase in appetite as well..but I felt good and slept fine.

The norm is mixed. I think you just need time to "realize" whats happening. The increase in appetite could be from increase of metabolism(t4-t3 conversion), but the appetite suppression either hits you right off the back or it takes 7-14 days for it to shine....all user dependant.

In the past some report increase appetite from cyclic AMP but that seems to fade pretty fast.

Cool what do you think?

NO2 black
Optimum BCAA 5000 Powder
Triple Stregth Fish Oil
Lean Xtreme
Recreate
Multivitamin

Should i take Lean Xtreme and Recreate for the first time AT the same time.

I've been told to replace the NO2 Black, so should i replace with something different or just stop taking it completely?

Take the LeanXtreme and Recreate during separate cycles. Keep the NO2 black if you already bought it.

I ordered this last night and am expecting to receive it tomorrow from BB.com. I'm going to drop Lipo6x for the time being and give Recreate a whirl since I've been having excellent results from Anabolic Pump, thought I'd give USPlabs a run with this.

Thumbs up Good stuff

Very happy with this stuff, has been working much better than expected. I have used several different stims/thermos over the years and i was skeptical about this one at first but the difference I have noticed with Recreate is that I don't get the stim effects like others out there, i didn't feel anything from it, AT ALL!...but the scale doesn't lie, i have dropped from 183 to 174 in less than a months time...no change in diet and i'm still losing weight. Cardio is the same as well, 20 min 4 times a week-if that. I can't say that the whole appetite suppression has worked for me, i still get hungry but have been watching what and how much I eat..overall-GREAT PRODUCT!!

i was running leanxtreme along with my recreate. i didnt notice anything other than a short jitter that would only last about 30 min after each dose. i was taking 4 recreate and 2 leanxtreme caps a day.

i stoped after 2 weeks with no results.

Umm, it's impossible to have no results if you're diet and exercise is good.

Or you have no thyroid function.

its designed with a small amount of caffeine so that people can take other supplements as well. Plus larger amounts of caffeine are contraindicated in sports training--overstimulation of the CNS, increased blood pressure/heartrate, dehydration, etc.

good luck though, its a great product!

Yes but pay attention to how you feel. Take lower doeses of both and build up to see what your tolerance is.

jawgee is on a distinguished road. (+10)
I just finished a second bottle of Recreate and decided to change things up and go with CL REDuction AM/PM. Can I jump right into CL RED or should I wait a week or two to allow my body to cycle off of Recreate?

Some quick feedback on my two-month use of Recreate...although I did not keep super detailed stats such as fat% loss, I did track my weight and I loss 13lbs in two months, going from 207lbs down to 194lbs. I'm 5'9" and had been doing cardio 3-4 times a week along with heavy resistance training for about 3 months before starting Recreate.

It seemed like whatever I tried, I could not lose any weight before trying Recreate even though I know I felt/looked like I was losing body fat. Well, Recreate helped me break that plateau without any jitters or stomach problems. I did feel like I was warmer than usual, but that was the only bad side effect that I could feel. I felt like I did not lose much or any muscle during the last two months with Recreate as my arms and chest seemed to stay the same size while I went from a pant size of 36 down to 34 (I could probably go down to 33).

I figured it was good to try another fat burner after the two month trial, but I'll probably go back to Recreate at some time in the future if necessary. Recreate was my first experience with any kind of fat burner or weight lost product.

Thanks,
jawgee

I'd wait two weeks.

Glad to hear it worked for you. Good luck with your goals!

recreate 1st time

I am going to be using Recreate for the first time and just would like a bit of info.
To give a brief run down on the history and supplement use in a quick
Started using hydroxy cut Nov 07 ( 310 lbs) until its recent removal from the shelves found great success in the product dropping down to 250 lbs now still searching for that little extra to keep the moment and the numbers sliding in the right direction until I meet the ultimate goal.

Now after a great regimented workout has been set and being stuck to I currently weigh in at 237 lbs my goal 185-200. I heard bout recreate and thought after some research it could be a plan.

my work out plan is 2 days total body and 2 muscle confusion 1 day HIT cardio mixed w/ muscle confusion. So far this has been a success but looking to add recreate to the plan.

any suggestions

So far after using recreate it has been good, been on it about 2 weeks now. I will say that if you use Jack3d it seems to keep my hunger down a lot more, if I use Jack3d 1.5 scoops around 4:00pm and do the 2 caps at night around 8:00pm it works great, if I skip the Jack I do okay but still kind of want foods but with both I have to remember to eat. Also Jack3d is not bad for working out but it does help my get things done like clean the house and stuff LOL. Anyway that's my take on it.
