Judging from that picture, I think you have good chest-genetics. Just make sure have incline and flat BB/DB presses in your routine. If you are looking for mass go for the 3/4 x 8 routine.

BUT.........most importantly.......you have to eat more in order to get some mass. Once you get more mass you chest will also stand out more.

To be honest your chest seems to be the most prominent muscle i can from that pic. If its definition you are after, lower the weight a bit (6-12 reps) and slow your reps down. But nothing will be more effective than diet and cardio.

Are you really 171lbs?

Judging by the picture, you need to put on more mass onto your chest if you want a good chest. You say you want a more chiseled chest, if I'm honest, there is not much to chisel into.

The way I got a big chest (relative to my other muscles) was to exxercise my chest every other day, took me just over a year to get a descent size. I do lower chest exercise then the next workout would be upper chest. Then repeat. I also do a drop set in all my chest exercises.
