Not sure if you're still lookin' for people (worth a shot). I'm an airman stationed in alaska. My job requires me to be in great shape and ready at a moments notice so the aftershock recovery certainly could prove itself as being helpful. I work 12 hour shifts and hit the gym 2-3 times a week so anything that helps with recovery times would be noticable. The aftershock seems like it would help my fatigue when I hit the gym or go for a run.

I am 49 and have recently lost almost 100 pounds. I have been working my tail off and have been able to lose weight and build or at the very least maintain muscle. Recently I have been trying different supplements to promote mass gains and give me a better workout. One reason for this is I seemed to have hit a plateau somewhat. I bought a less expensive brand of pre-workout creatine mix at Target which made me have cotton mouth....finding out later that the 33g of sugar per serving was throwing me into a sugar high basically. I went to GNC and they sold me a product that was good but didnt really give me the pump. That jug is gone just today and I saw your openings for a few more test subjects! I would like to see what the time released aspect is all about and would like to feel the pump after i leave the gym. Nurtritional information looks excellent.

I have never used a post workout supp. Just my protien drink and about 20 Gummi Bears. Since I have never used a post workout supplement I feel I could give an unbiased opinion about the product. The BCAA at 7.25g is higher than what is currently in the protien supp I am using. Thank you for your consideration. Sid

I'm 26 and I have been working out since I started college. While I was focused on the workouts in my intital years of working out it is only over the last few years that I have started to look into the nutritional aspect of working out with greater detail. While I have never posted an official log, I have used tons of supplements (everything from "falling" for the muscletech ads in the early days to currently taking a combination of BCAA, creatine, and protein sources). As I have delved into the nutition behind bodybuilding I have started to see some significant results (I have been a transformation of the week on bodybuilding.com, but have since put some of the weight back on over the winter months).

Over the last few years I have taken a variety of pre-workout supplements (No-explode and superpump, as well as the numerous samples that bodybuilding.com will send out with each order) during my "cutting phases" and have not been too impressed with them to ever order a second tub. Since my energy is so low from lower than normal carbohydrates during this period I am always on the lookout for anything that will give me any energy in the gym, and hypershock looks like it could be a great supplement for that.

As for the post workout, when I started lifting all I did was take Nlarge2. As I learned more about nutrition I have migrated away from that and moved on to mixing ON 100% whey with a combination of maodextrin and dextrose. I get BCAA's intraworkout from Controlled Labs Purple Wrath and Creatine from Controlled Labs Green Magnitude. Not only has this become very expensive, but recently I have realized that I would be better off with Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate postworkout rather than the 100% whey which is an blend. THe after shock looks like it would be a great choice for post workout because it solves the protein needs as well as being combined with the creatine and BCAA's that I currently get from other products

Overall these products look pretty impressive and I would think they would help me to my goal of getting in shape for the summer months. I have heard read good things about this company and its products on the message boards and would really like the chance to test these products. I would post a review that would be on a scale of 10 for both products based on 1. Effects 2. Taste 3. Mixability 4. Overall 5. Value.
