Have some mobility of arm but once I get to shoulder level it aches and feels weak. Not pushing it until I go to P/T. A little worried because weak after surgery I fell while on treadmill. Had the sling on and don't think I landed on the arm. Ended up on my back. It didn't hurt and didn't seem to get worse, but I'm still afraid I may have knocked the screw/suture loose. Also am depressed because I'm being told it might be 3-4 months before I can start back weight training. (if i didn't mess it up that is...) i've had a bum shoulder for 2 years, feel bad for me :P I haven't even had surgery yet (if i even should). Mystery condition right here
either way see how PT goes, if you feel things may have come loose then you will need another MRI.
good luck
