Need help on triceps
I've been trying different tricep workouts for a while now, skullcrushers, french curls, one arm french curls, dips, and i feel it working my triceps while I do them, but after a few months I can't see any progress at all. my biceps, which are developing at a steady rate, are now much larger than my triceps making my tris look even weaker than they are.
any advice on some good ways to build some tricep mass?

I would recommend change the intensity/breaks between sets/rep ranges etc. If that does not work, then try supersetting between tris and bis that should increase HGH production and get some growth going on. Good luck brudda.

You should try out weighted bench dips, close grip bench press/pushup, one armed cable extensions, TRICEP KICKBACKS, dumbell skull crushers.

Weighted bench dips are great. Also try supersetting biceps and triceps mabye? Gets alot more blood into your arms with the increased intensity.

Well you're doing the right exercises....Either try more or less volume, working in a different rep scheme, or supersetting...also mix it up with different exercises, like Close grip bench is imo the best tricep mass builder, also some kickbacks might be good etc etc...

Well personally for me, Dips and close grip bench press worked by far the best....

Try 8,6,4 reps going up in weight each set,

Decline lying tricep extensions are a favorite of mine - less stress on the elbow than skullcrushers.
