Choose any one. Just make sure there are lots of 'big compound' lifts. Fiddling around with lots of isolation movements is probably not the most productive use of your time.
Fat loss is more about diet.

Doggcrapp, GVT and 20-rep squats = best routines. I approve of this thread.

I just finished rippetoes after about 5 months on it and made some good gains, but ended up stalling out for a while at the end so I moved to a split i made myself. I have come to realize that since i dont know all that much about making a workout routine, what would you suggest for me to follow up rippetoes with? I would like something that allows me to workout maybe 4 days a week because I'd like to workout more often then when I did rippetoes for a change, however if a good workout is 3 x a week then that would be fine to. I'm really trying to build both strength and size, but I would like to put a little bit more size on now. Thanks.

I just recently found this thread and it is great. I need some advice. Im 5'9 165 and my max bench has been 215 and aquat 260. Im 17 years old and junior in high school. Football season just recently ended 2 weeks ago and im looking to hit the weights again. When i try to bulk up and take proteins and creatine it seems like it goes to my belly. Im looking to start lifting 3 days a week. Im wanting a program where i can gain mass and big gains in strength. Any one got any recommendations for me? Im strongly considering the ripotes.
