Is there a question here? Ease up on the "master" exercises a bit maybe lol, jk. I have the same problem, right arm is good for 2-3 more reps than left, don't know why.

Actually, my laterals and forward raises are pretty damn good, 35 lbs and 50 lbs per arm respectively; in contrast, my overhead press 1RM is only 100 lbs o_0. I don't feel like my progression in lateral or forward raises has assisted my overhead press much at all.

Are you right hand dominated? Sometimes you have a side that's just stronger than the other. A good way to solve that is to use dumbbells. Take your time and soon enough, the weaker side will catch up. Try doing reps with the weaker side first. Then whatever you complete, do that rep amount for the strong side.

Could be the MMC. I used to have a similar problem while benching. My right arm would be slightly lower than my left and I'm right-handed.

do seated presses and seated db presses, will help isolate your shoulders more and do some RC work and work on your flexibility if its an issue
should solve your problem

alot of people have one side of the body thats more dominate. i had the same issuse when i do military press my left shoulder would start to struggle i started do db presses and now its pretty much dead even. also take a look in the mirror when your doing military presses you might jus be going lower on your left shoulder so yopur putting more work on that shoulder

Well it sure as hell isn't age. I am half again your age, weigh less, and have a higher 1rm max.
I do two warmup sets and five working sets of standing military presses as my first workout on shoulder day. Followed by sitting overhead DB presses.
