Breakfast is my fav meal of the day. I usually choose between
PB French Toast Sandwich with a banana
or
PB Oatmeal with Whey with banana
or
PB Omelette with banana
or
Breakfast pizza with PB, banana, and smoothie (mixed berries with non-fat yogurt)
or
Protein Pancakes (or sometimes pumpkin pancakes)

5 whole eggs, 4 whites. Dave Palumbo cut diet. FML.
My usual breakfast, however, would be
3 whole eggs, 4 whites
1c oats w/one scoop ON nitrocore24 strawberry mixed in
1 Banana
1 Cup milk
Can't wait till I go back to this.

I love breakfast...
3 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
1 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (w/ Splenda)
1 Cup Blueberries
1 scoop whey
1 cup skim milk
instant coffee (in the milk and whey with water and splenda -- iced coffee protein shake)
hot sauce on the eggs
Sometimes I do my pancakes instead of the oats if I need variety:
.75 cup Oat Flour
.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp baking powder
.75 tsp salt
.25 cup splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1.25 cup skim milk
water to thin (if needed)
Top with sugar-free syrup -- about 1/3 a cup.
That recipe makes 6 large pancakes (2 servings) -- I eat 3 and freeze 3 for later. 1 serving works about the same as the cup of oats (300 calories).

I know I posted this in my thread.....but a somewhat usual power boost to get me going:
A nice tall mug of the thickest and creamiest *Spiced Chocolate Eggnog* I've ever had.
*Dark Chocolate Pappaya PB Strudel* w/ a piece of dried mango to finish the sweetness off.
More *Spiced Pumpkin Raisin Pecan Bread*

*Rum-raisin & Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bread Pudding* w/ a hazelnut creamcheese icing that we had in the freezer that I mixed w/ some shredded coconut.....yah, having icing in the house comes w/ the territory of having a mom as cake decorator. We also have vanilla bean.

1 for me & 1 for mum

This is what I had today:
1 cup of oats (cooked in water) with some chopped strawberries and cinnamon
2 egg whites + 1 whole egg omelet with some crumbled feta cheese
1 piece of wholemeal toast.
I don't know if it's enough to be considered a power breakfast but it's definitely an upgrade from what I normally have.

And your more modest than everyone else too ...(;
My breakfast varies depending on how much time I have before class starts.
Usually its 4 packets of instant oatmeal, 3 eggs, and a quick shake
Today it was chicken breast, microwavable pizza calzone, and a few packets of oatmeal.

This morning I mixed a protein shake from 8 oz of fat free milk, one scoop of ON Gold Standard whey protein, some Beta Alanine, some L-Glutamine, had gatorade powder mixed with creatine, and a toasted Whole Wheat English Muffin with I can't believe it's not butter spray (those Orowheat muffins are good!).
400 calories total
I eat eggbeaters instead of protein shake sometimes, with some fat free shredded cheese and slices of avocado to go with whole wheat bread/muffin.
and when I'm in a hurry to get to work, I just get a Breakfast jack from jack in the box (i know, it's wrong. But there's much worse things one can eat for breakfast.. the 12g of fat is unfortunate, but not deadly.
