read closer....
I did an aggressive bulk for powerlifting. I was concerned with Strength and performance increases only. I did not care what I looked like...

that's a lot of muscle to add while cutting in a short time. unless there is alot of muscle under the fat, did you take any prohormones? you look solid though.

no prohomrmone or any supplements really...
No muscle was added. that would be impossible.

Is there any reason why you take both Syntha6 and Muscle Milk as opposed to just one brand exclusively?

your transformation is impressive, but being a professional photographer you make yourself look worse than you actually are in your before and yourself better in the after pic. Not trying to take away anything from the great transformation, but come on bro you're a professional photographer

I've read through this thread as well as your previous one. Great job dude, what you've done is really motivating. Not only is the cut great but your routine looks pretty bad ass too. I've been doing some drop sets lately just to see how they are and damn do they suck(in a good way). I've always liked intense workouts and I think I might try some of your stuff. Again good job man and reps for you.

hey i just read the whole thread the other day and started doing your workouts yesterday. I really loved it by the end of each group my muscles were burning and felt very weak however it was a good lift. I was wondering if you had any routines if i lift 4-5 days a week. Thanks and awesome tranformation. Very good inspiration

Just a bump...
Done a few of these workouts. Those who hate running I would do this guys workouts. On the lower reps / higher weight throw in some light cardio like my man has shown. I do 3/4minutes of skipping / star jumps / jogging on spot, stopping 90seconds before the next lift.
I only have one issue with his style and that its takes 120minutes or so to complete a session...

To all the naysayers in this thread:
It's definitely possible to do what OP has done naturally. Actors do it all the time. Instead of insane amounts of discipline, they have teams of personal trainers and nutritionists telling them what to do.
Don't hate just because OP is focused like a shark-mounted laser.

How would you explain gaining strength while on a cut? A muscle can't get smaller and stronger afaik.

Yes it can.
Strength is a factor of muscle size, Neural efficiency, and Lifting mechanics.
Losing some muscle size while gaining Neural efficiency usually leads to stronger lifts. This is how powerlifters and athletes who stay the same size can get stronger and stronger every year.

Awesome work bro, keep it up.

I am impressed with the speed of your fat loss. I am about 1/4 your speed, but roughly the same weight/height/age. at 185 pounds I'll be down to 10%, but It will have taken me 6 months of steady/slow effort to drop the 20 pounds while trying to keep my muscles in tact.

you guys act like what he did was magical.
A. the dude was clearly built underneath all of that
B. He looks more bloated with a **** ton of water weight and SOME fat.
really not rocket science, just being strict.
You know how much different you look if you go from eating high carbs to low carbs with cardio just in two weeks, due to losing water weight and bloat alone? especially when it comes to men?
**** I lost 3 inches off my waist the first 2 weeks and im a chick.
quit the hatin'
