Never been to westport or even around westport to be honest. If you are looking for a place to get away for the weekend I would suggest Newport in Rhode Island or Mystic.
The KS lions den is insane and it's very competitive to get into. I belong to nor'easter MMA in Danielson, which, is a very small dojo and has a waiting list. There is a place in norwich connecticut that is supposed to be good. Do a search for BJJ in Norwich Connecticut.

well i like WOW, it does the job for me.....im def a regular.........not to mention WOW cromwell is literally 2 minutes from me so thats a huge factor why i work out 6-7 times a week not to mention couldnt care to look for another gym.

thanks for the info, i hear you on convienience, i am only 5 mins from the gym in plainville and work next to the Y in middletown so makes it easy, though their weeekend hours suck.
