You need to pack on some mass, not lose weight. I recommend a weight gainer or some whey and a ton of food.

I was 5'11 and wrestled at 132 as a Junior in HS. I think I was only allowed to cut to 125 and you weren't allowed to go any lower because you couldn't go lower then 5% body fat. I call work on this whole thread, and ts is probably a troll. At 5'11 125 lbs you are skin and bones. You have almost no fat to lose.
I could be wrong though, who knows.

LOL. kid in my french class, like 6'0. So skinny. You can see his heart beating though his chest if his HR gets up apparently
But srs guys stop putting this kid down. If he wants to change he needs all the motivation he can get.

yes use why protein, it can in a way help you lose fat but at your size it wont hurt you, your gonna need the extra protein.
If your wanting to gain weight then go with a weight gainer protein and increase your calorie intake

5'11" and 125 pounds? Don't even think about losing weight. Even thinking about cutting should be like a poison to you at this point.
Eat like an animal! Anything and everything! I'm pretty small too, but I'd be a hell of a lot smaller at this point if I didn't stock up on some major carbs and protein everyday.

I don't think he's saying he's trying to cut weight I think he's saying that he's confused as to if it will make him lose weight. He doesn't WANT to lose weight, so he won't take it if it will make him lose weight.
It won't. But try to eat 3000 calories a day. You'll get there.
