if i see my name mentioned in another strength thread im going to destroy my cpu. i do not care about strength, i am not a powerlifter, and im not strongest p4p, no way in hell. i just want to bodybuild, not strength. please save me the frustration by not telling me how weak i am.
and oh yeah, here 14 and 15
14- big_fuzzy, no doubt in my mind
15- gettnthere, no doubt in my mind
big fuzzy totals like 1100 or something insane like that. gettnthere is probaly at like 1300 by now

5'7, 5'8ish(right around there, need to measure my height).
230lbs(bulking for football, after that I'll cut back down to about 190-200).
Bench: 300x1
Squat: 405x4
Deadlift: 500x4
Adds up to 1205.
1205 / 230 = 5.2
And I'm 17.

i call bull on every single persons lifts until they post videos.. i think im pretty strong but my strength has gone down a bit since ive been cutting.. so screw it

eh i guess. it would be nice for everyone to post up vids but you know that's not gonna happen lol. most people just won't do it. i've got bench vids but that's it.

ya that seems to be the prob for most people. i have an old piece of **** digital camera that i use...only records 30 seconds, but its enough for low rep sets lol.

Mine arnt great.
rough guesses....
squat 365x5 = 411 = 1 rep max
deads 365x5 = 411 = 1 rep max
bench = 265 (like a month ago... but w/e)

My legs arent as strong as my upper because of a recent acl mcl tear but at 139 i benched 250. squat 270 dead the same. I dont push my legs that hard yet because be knee still bothers me sometimes and i have to play soccer so taking it easy on legs is good for me right now. in 8th grade i deadlifted 230 at 120 so if i hadnt been hurt my leg lifts would be further up. im 16 my lifts arent good for my age but for my weight they are.

Right now i probably couldnt put up 250 i have down 209 or somthing like thaton my body space but i sprained my wrists benching. I was doing 220 for sets of 5 a few months back.

Incline bench press : 185*8
Decline bench press : 225*8
I don't do deadlift and I don't do squat.
