For a 15 year old, I would say benching your bodyweight would be great

Whatever, if you think im fraunding then youre wrong. Im not going to say that my bench is lower than what it reaaly is just because someone thinks that its impossible for a 15 year old to be strong.
Also i guess you dont realize that some people dont want to start video taping their lifts while a bunch of other people are around, i would feel like a ***got

its not about being 15. its just literally 99% of the 15 years old that say that are lying. why should i believe you are the 1%. You know that 275 is strong for a 15 year old especially with your weight. so why not post a video? thats right because you cant do it. if you could you would. its that simple. sorry man

I wont post a video because i would feel like a total ***got if i were to take one. My gyms not the type of gym where people max out frequently, its just a simple fitness gym with a solid collection of free weights.
Im not frauding though

That is an unrealistic goal. It'll be hard to gain 120 lbs in your max in a year ~10 lbs a month.

lmao, i cant stand the BS stats on this site. i have never met a 15 year old that can bench 200 or over. sure, they are out there but i would imagine its very very rare. 15 would be about grade 9. i dont know about you guys but when i pass by a junior high the boys look like they would be lucky to put up half that even one time.

agreed.... some of these kids working out for a year post stats that could put them deep in states for highschool competition assuming they are proportional.
