Is the 7-OH in Driven Sports Lean Xtreme something else?
Designer Supplements Lean Xtreme it says:
7-OH (7-Hydroxy-Dehydrorepiandrosterone)
Driven Sports Lean Xtreme it says:
7-OH (3b,7-dihydroxy-5-Etioallocholen-17-one)
What the hell is this?
also, why does bb.com still show the OLD "Designer Supplements" label? I mean its been a while.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dr...eanxtreme.html
This is the correct label info:
http://www.getds.com/LX%20Label.pdf
and while there are thousands of references on google for 7-Hydroxy-Dehydroepiandrosterone, the only one for 3b,7-dihydroxy-5-Etioallocholen-17-one is from DS pdf listed above.

I'm taking a month off from working out & adrenalean & lean xtreme are going to be my two main supplements to keep any bad weight off along w/ the cardio i will be doing. The layoff will be due to a few serious injuries. Lean Xtreme is great, I have 5.5 bottles!!!

Well how do you want it proven? He is right, they are the same compound with different nomenclature. If you do not believe it, or want further info, I'd suggest picking up an organic chemistry text book. Many will have other systems of nomenclature other than IUPAC.

7-OH = 7-OH, no matter how you write it out.
Also, BB.com is slow with changing labels. Its not up to DS.

If putting product info on BB were up to us you would see quite a few changes, like the full Lean Xtreme write up, the Designer product info would be taken down, the correct labels would be up etc. It has nothing to do with us, its BB.
Type the word synonym into google. There are multiple words that mean the same thing which look and are spelled completely different, just as 8x3= 24 and 8+8+8=24 then end result is still the same thing.
Its all 7OH.

One of the synonyms is 3-beta-Hydroxy-5-androsten-17-one, which can also be written 3-beta-Hydroxy-5-etioallocholen-17-one. 7OH is the 7-hydroxyl metabolite of DHEA (i.e. an extra hydroxy group at the 7th position). Therefore, by adding that in there, we have two hydroxy groups - one at the 3b position and one at the 7th position (hence dihydroxy). Putting this altogether we now have 3b,7-dihydroxy-5-Etioallocholen-17-one.
7-Hydroxy-Dehydrorepiandrosterone == 3b,7-dihydroxy-5-Etioallocholen-17-one
Same way of writing the same thing, therefore...

The reason for the change, by the way, was because too many people were mistaking 7-OH-DHEA to be "a basic DHEA product", or "just a fancy way of writing 7-keto". Its not, it is much more than that, so it was changed for the release under DS.

You've gotta be kidding? Would've been even easier on everyone involved if you had looked it up yourself.
