Peanut butter
Fruit of choice (Banana/Strawberry)
Whey Powder
Oatmeal
Milk
Blend and enjoy as it will taste really good. What you can do is make a lot for an entire day and just leave it in the fridge.

No you don't really need to add a protein powder. It's added just to up the protein content but you could throw other stuff in there. For example you can throw in some cottage cheese and it will make it nice and thick while still adding a lot of protein.

1) Dude at yout age ya can get away with working out like crazy and eating a whole large pizza meat lovers or 3+4 big macks with a large shake. Wish I still could still do that!
2) A easy protein powder you can make on your own which is cheaper than most commercially produced ones or can be added to them to make them go farther.
1 bag of dehydrated milk
2 containers of powdered eggs.
Mix thes together as a proteen booster or add them to already existing shake mix.

This, but here is my recipe:
10 or so ounces of skim milk
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 scoop of oatmeal (dry oatmeal that I blend into powder)
1 scoop of malt-o-meal (about 3 tablespoons)
Huge tablespoon of peanut butter
I figured it up the other day and its something between 700-800 calories, around 70 grams of protein, and between 50-60 carbs.
