Fruit + Vegetable Juice Recipes - Share?

I'm not a fan of vegetables so I'm thinking of starting to give these a try
Definitely need more fruits and vegetables in my diet! Anyone else do anything similar?

You will be better off having whole fruits and vegetables instead of their juice.

Lets keep this thread to recipes if anyone has any to share eh?
Besides, chucking raw fruits and vegetables into a blender doesn't rid of any nutrients ...

While it does not get rid of specific nutrients and vitamins, it does get rid of the fiber. The fiber will help your body process the nutrients more effectively and at a pace that your system can handle for better absorption.

That being said, I always like apple, spinach, pineapple & radish.

I think your mixing up 'juicing' and 'blending'
Juicing such items will remove the pulp/fiber yes
However blending it and adding some water will keep all the pulp/fiber without it being as thick
