It's not too much, but it's alot of low quality stuff.

Personally I am not a fan of BSN stuff or Muscle Milk. there are better alternatives.

Agreed w/ this statement.

Syntha-6 is good for an MRP if you need a quick meal on the go and it tastes great .

Everything else from BSN is garbage imo.

Muscle Milk is OKAY at best... You can use it as long as your diet the rest of the day is spot on, but if not, don't think that just cuz the label says it will burn fat you will.

I'd just get rid of Nitrix all together, it does nothing for you and costs too much
Instead of BSN Syntha 6, ON Whey or ON Recovery 2:1:1(This one is kinda pricey though)
Instead of Atrophex, any other Thermogenic will do fine (I like Mitotropin myself)
Just axe the cheater.

ON makes really quality protein.

Really, if you want to save coin you can just use ON Whey around the clock. There are cheaper options to be honest, PM me if interested.

As said above, ON Whey is good, but also for morning, ON Oats and Whey is awesome. I would get rid of all the BSN products, but keep Syntha-6 since you can use that as an MRP. Get some good whey protein either from ON, Xtreme Formulations, or SciVation (XF Whey is best in tastiness imo)

ON stands for Optimum Nutrition, they make a decent protien for good prices, like someone said above it would probably be much better and cheaper to use over muscle milk and syntha6

here's a link http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html

It's better to have a blend of casein and whey--even post workout. If money is not an issue, I would look into a better blend such as Ultra Peptide 1.0 or Ultra Peptide 2.0. Muscle Milk uses poor choice of casein (calcium/sodium caseinate) and Syntha-6 is a poor blend (primarily whey concentrate).

But if you want to keep the costs low, just get some whey like Myofusion. I'm not a big fan of ON.

i agree
stay away from bsn
it seems the bigger a compny is the farther away you should stay
for the most part

do a search on ALLMAX ISOFlex and ISOFemme and ALLWhey you will find that it is one of the best tasting not to mention highest quality products on the market!

I agree with replacing the BSN and Cytosport (muscle milk) products. The product quality is better with other brands (IMO). Everyone I know who used these products switched brands after coming back from a deployment and has not touched them since. Optimum nutrition (ON) or All max are better products with a similar price.
