gains in strength, size of arms, all have been greatly complimented by this. I however do take other things to attribute to these gains (see my thread I just started) but I will definetely say this has shown improvement on top of what the other products have given
I will also say it does increase your appetite which is good for me looking to bulk

my core temp has been higher with no stimulant effect which is key... then hunger never goes away it seems to me lol... strength is higher but nothin freakish of course just complimenting everything else nicely but i never had like a continual pump after an arm workout for days after it just felt my biceps were still rock solid a day after... i can attribute that to hsp.. solid product it feels

I read this at work. Really was nothing in there that I didn't learn in Bio 1.
What I'd need to like this product is something stating that my current chaperones aren't working well enough, and I therefore need to supplement. I understood the concept of protein folding long long ago, as well as the excretion of dry solids. But are there any studies showing, that in normal conditions (for instance, that of just a person on an RT program) a human subject would benefit from an increase of chaperones? All I could find in the book was that TEX would increase protein chaperones.

The company Perfectequation sells a product called Prepair. They advertise using Tex-OE. They only use 800 IU of Tex-OE. So, I don't doubt MRIs product being better, but someone is in the wrong if Tex-OE is supposedly exclusive to MRI.

Reason: I had the amount of Tex-OE wrong

He also said MTs Myoshock is primarily just caffeine 700 mg.,,way to much. Oh the other thing he said is that the HSP Active w/ TEX oe stays in your system for 72 hrs and you only have to take it every other day - 2 to 3 caps each time. I love that it beats 7 friggin capsules every day. Sounds like its the real stuff anxious to try it...i trust MRIs stuff, that for sure. I'll post the results.

Yeah if it's from MRI, they test all of their products on human subjects... Yeah let us know. It looks pretty interesting.

Ive been taking this for two and a half weeks now and have added 4lbs and kept at 11% bodyfat. So far the product seems to be worth it. Only complaint would be trying to find a time when Im not eating to take it.

Thank God theres a post about this I saw it yesterday and wanted some more info on it. As far as I see from the reply's and ect. it might be worth the money to buy even though I'm not planning to compete in bodybuilding this year but I will next year when I get back from deployment. And I'm looking for results not disapointments and so far MRI have kept that end of th bargin with me other than muscle tech.

TexOE is exclusive to MRI.
Also, there is a book out now at GNC (only $1) titled "HSP Active, The Final Step in Anabolism"...I encourage you to read it as it explains the SCIENCE behind the product.

As far as I know, you don't need to cycle it. However, as a rule of thumb when using supplements you want to go 3 months on, 1 month off. It doesn't say this though, so you do what you want. I'm looking pretty serious into this product and if I were to take it, I'd prob go 3 on and 1 off. Now, comparing this to Source Naturals Nopal Endurance... Source Naturals is 40 MG per pill. HSP Active is 5,000 IU per serving. What does IU mean? I'm imagining that HSP Active will be stronger. However, I've found Source Natural's product much cheaper. Also, for the people using this product, any side effects such as upset stomachs or anything?

"IU stands for International Units and is used for the measurement of drugs and vitamins. IU is dependent on the potency of the substance, and each substance would have a different IU to milligram conversion. For example, 1000 IU of Vitamin C would have a different weight than 1000 IU of Vitamin A.
Since each substance would have a different conversion ratio, we cannot put up a conversion for IU to milligrams that covers everything, or even most things. Just too many different substances."
So I don't know what 5000IU of this would be equivalent to in mg.

No it won't make you harder to lose body fat. it makes you eat a lot but it's making your metabolism faster. When you get into the gym HSP also makes makes you sweat more. haha I hope you weren't one of those people taking Hydroxycut!

This looks interesting but can't find any real reviews online considering that the product has been out now for a few months.

What happens after HSP is no longer taken
Just got off the phone with MRI and verified some suspicions I have had. There should be no change in body mass or strength once HSP has been discontinued. All the muscle that is developed is lean, real muscle, unlike the water retention and chemically enhanced strength that is realized from creatine. If workouts are continued at the same pace, there would be no reason to lose any gains. I am surprised they did not make more of this when marketing the product. Perhaps not to cannibalize their other products.

My purpose for registering and posting the message was to acquire feedback from someone other than MRI. Instead all I get is some false accusations and name calling. The customer service rep I spoke to did not sound all that confident about what he was saying and the GNC salepeople don't seem that knowledgeable either.
After reading my post, it has become apparent that those MBA classes I am taking at UT are starting to make me sound like some sort of corporate ghoul.

I have some questions for the rep from MRI (or anybody else that might have the answers):
I am unclear regarding the difference between HSP Active and WAR. They both claim to activate HSPs, but I would like to understand the relative benefits/uses of each.
I also note that HSP Active is based on a single ingredient: TEX-OE Prickly Pear. This is the key ingredient to activate HSPs. In the WAR product, which also claims to stimulate HSPs, this ingredient is absent. Could you explain why?
Thanks.

Yesterday was my second day for HSP ACTIVE. Well i took on thursday and it is suppose to last for 72 hours, so i workedout on friday with SUPERPUMP250 and from yesterder HSP ACTIVE. Well idk y i suddenly gained 2-3 LBS after one day, must be something i ate or something. I will scale it once again tonight and see if it was only a one day thing. I mean i was 163 on thursday and suddenly out of nowhere i raised up to 167LBS. GUYS i dont know if it is HSP ACTIVE but i never looked this ripped or had this freakin much energie. I started doing my regular routine of shrugs and bicep curls. This is no Bull*** it suddenly felt so freakin light. I had to pop in extra 90LBS on my shrugs and ended up doing about 425LBS instead of 335LBS and my EZ-bar curls i had to raise it also to at least 10 LBS. I will see if this has really to do with the HSP ACTIVE. I will post about my next result of my workout on sunday.
