i havent worked out arms in 3 weeks due to swollen triceps and pulled elbow tendon, last night i was pleased to be able to curl 135lbs for easy 15 reps, but triceps was the hardest ever, i had to warm up in pain with 10lbs pushdown

All that time off and still haven't heal? Have you seen a specialist for that issue and any concerns about tendonitis?

I'm still doing cardio 3-4 times a week, and still trying to improve on my diet. Wifey made banh cuon last night and well, I ate a tad more than I should. Plus I finished the durian that I open up over the weekend.

the juice and heavy pounding is what caused my tendon to go, when u inject 3cc in ur triceps and it grows 1.5 inches bigger the next day and benching 425lbs for reps and then triceps pushdown 300lbs for many sets n reps, the muscles grows but the tendon doesnt grow as fast as muscles do if u guys ever notice, my right arm was 20 inches... was.. that was 3 weeks ago

Is it worth it with all these pains and injures? There is no pain of lifting and growing when being in pain all the time. Just IMO.
