So MuscleTech's crap. Wish I had known that yesterday. I just stocked up on a bunch of their stuff. neNOx9, NitroTech & CellTech.
I have to say, I do like the CellTech after a workout. But I can't stand drinking it early in the morning. Makes me sick, sugar buzz I guess.

not bashing you, but didn't you do any research before you went out and bought a bunch of supps?
i really like muscle milk myself. i mix one scoop of MM with a scoop of whey and milk as part of my breakfast.
only use half a serving of cell tech. one scoop once a day that will give you 5g of creatine, cut down on the amount of sugar you're consuming, and make the jug last longer.

not bashin you ether man, but dont you think your overdoing it on the protein levels? I mean when you overload ur kidneys with protein youll get kidney cancer. Dont that scare you? And why are you using it at breakfast? Its pretty useless in the morning, why doesnt anyone just use it right after a workout when its needed most? I mean its working great for me. Im not offending ne1, i just wana know your... reasoning

How is he overdoing protein? I don't see much in the way of protein intake listed. Kidney cancer? Please! And whats wrong with a shake at breakfast and post workout. If one doesn't have time for breakfast MM works.

Uh yea you can overdose on protein. It DOES damage your kidneys. Your kidneys can only process so much protein. i think its pretty useless at breakfast, and its not used. I think you should only use protein after a workout. Unless you have a pre workout suppliment. Dont you guys give a thought to protein intake, and all that? None of these suppliments are FDA approved. Dont you give a thought to your health or your body? To what it can handle? You should eat, and all that shinanigans, And only supliment your diet. Not use it as a replacement or constently use it. I dont see why you use it so much. All you need it for is to recover or prepare for a workout. Taking it at breakfast is pretty much useless.
If one doesnt have time for breakfast, they should use a meal replacement, not a post workout suppliment.

its useless in the morning, because you dont utalize it. Its not exacly useless, but its unecisary. Its most effective post workout. Protein is what gets your muscles repaired, and repaired bigger. Its relativly pointless in the morning.
