I heard kre-alkalyn was all hype and that it is just another expensive mono. I did well with CEE, and enjoyed the benefits without all the bloat and stomach **** mono gave me.

Mono is relatively cheap compared to the other creatines, isn't it?

But anyways I used to take Kre-Alkalyn (years ago when i was 30 pounds heavier) and it definately worked for me. Different strokes for different folks though :P

Im takin kre-Alkalyn at the mo and Im makin pretty good gains on it. Im dosing 4 - 6 capsules as a serving though instead of the suggested 2. Ive used CEE in the past and that also worked for me tho so I guess im just a lucky twat! ha. You will just have to try them and see which works for you.
