I walk about 20 to and from my gym 5 days a week. I have a car, I just prefer to walk. The only time I drive is when its raining or during winter when its cold.
Suck it up princess.

Walking to the gym would be a bad idea if you carry a 100 lb bag pack.

Why don't you just jog it? It'll be a good warm up/cooldown.

Did she drive you home, or did you have to walk back?

Stretch and jog to the gym everyday, thats what I do... Id rather jog then walk, saves time, I consider the gym my break and then jog back.

If i could be f*ckin bothered to walk to the gym and back every day that would be great. When i didnt have a car and had to walk that was basically my cardio, kept me lean as f*ck. I dont see how walking to the gym should make your legs sore unless its up a really, really steep hill.

I usually got a ride back from my mom i used to do it a lot and that was way before i started working out i feel that it really built up my endurance which aids me in working out and running now.

There's nothing wrong with walking.
