thnx evry1 im doing most of them but thnx 4 the replys my back workout is
3 x lat pulldowns (to the front)
3 x 12,10,10 lat pulldowns ( to ther back of neck)
3 x 10 dumbell rows
4 x 12, 10,10,10 seated rows
5 x deadlifts 2 warmups then 3 heavy sets , 15 x 2 warmups , 2 x 10 1 x8 heavyest weight
