1st COMP!!? what competition should i do near sacramento, CA???
im looking to try my first comp, maybe this fall, if not then next spring/summer.
are there any amateur NATURAL shows i should try around sacramento somewhere near sept-nov?? any sites to find this out?
im thinking ill probly be competing around 190-195 because im bulking now up to the 205, hopefully 210 mark. so.. lite heavyweight i guess. any tips and info will be greatly appreciated

would this be a good contest for my first? i just want something low level to get a feel for it...i dont expect to win, but i dont want to get dead last either haha...

The INBF is a great Natural federation. Everyone is polygraphed and the winners are urine tested. As far as this one being a great first show? Not sure, this is the first year for this particular show. They ususlly have a Novice division if you don't want to jump into the open. But from my experience with the INBF, everyone has great sportsmanship and are willing to help out.

too early man, im not lookin to compete that soon haha.
im pissed! found out novedex xt is banned in inbf and who knows where else! i took one bottle of that stupid crap like 5 months ago and now i find that its banned....am i going to fail testing from one bottle? that is the only time ive ever taken anything aside from bcaas, protein and creatine...
any natty associations that dont care about it?

there are some that dont mind, but I went through a similar situation faw back when I was unaware. I took hyperdrol x2 which had 6-bromo in it. I firmly believe its the drug-free attitude and honesty theyre looking for, and I've competed since. if you're really concerned you could always wait 7 years :P

the inbf says 2 years....
did you compete less than two years after you took that stuff? did they poly test you or... ive only taken it one time, thats what makes me kick myself cuz ill be really disppointed if i screwed myself over with that stuff you know...

NGA and OCB are two that wouldn't care about that i don't think...
and there is an NGA show in folsom on June 20...i'll be there...
and yeah...it would be two years for the INBF...i used lean xtreme back in 07 so no INBF for me this year

oh cool man, best of luck to you!!
ill look into nga and ocb for sure! im looking for something this fall because i still want to gain a bit more size (5-10 pounds or so) and then have time to cut too. so if theres anything late this year ill do it. if not, next spring watch out haha. thanks for the tips brother
