A couple people told me to do push-ups, but i don't realize how that won't make me lose any muscle, according to them, when
1) push-ups don't increase muscle mass, they only make you more lean.
2) it only works the triceps, and pecs.

Push ups, pull ups, body squats, one leg squats, lunges, chins, sit ups, etc.

Didn't lift today. Yesterday wasn't bad. Heavy back day, feels good man.

*sigh* unfortunately, i can't do pull ups, and even if it's possible to do them by lifting some more, i doubt i'll be able to get strong enough in three-four weeks, which is when i leave for vacation, so, i'm in a jam. I can do push-ups, but barely, barely even enough to do 15. i could do dips, but i'll have to ask my brother to review my technique, and i can't spread my arms enough to work on chest, only triceps. as you can tell, i'm weak.

Safe yes, but they really don't do that much, waste of money.

The ingredients in cell tech are just creatine monohydrate and dextrose, so you do the maths there, you could pick up some creatine + cheap dextrose, mix it and you have cell tech.
As for nitro tech its just a protein, it doesnt have any benefits compared to others as far as i can see, stick with cheap brands.
I currently have nutrisport 90+ protein, possibly the cheapest on the market but also the higest protein content gram for gram, in 2 30g scoops mixed with water im getting 54g protein, with milk its not far off 70g, the vanilla tastes SO bad though.

He's that dumbass troll that commented my bodyspace, just report him to a mod and get this **** cleaned up. Maybe if we're lucky he'll get banned at the same time.

Hey Jaxxed,
I've looked into strength routine such as Bill Starr, Ripptoes, variations of 5x5, however they pretty much consist of just compound movements and all incorperate squats as the main excersise.
Because I can't do squats, all I want to do is increase my bench and deadlift ASAP, but still do exercises that belong to a mass gaining routine, such as curls (no myspace ripped kid) ect.
So what sort of routine do you recommend, if the only lifts i care about increasing is Bench/Deadlift?
Thanks

Do a split and do deads/squats first with max effort on the day that muscle is being worked.

Jesus i failed pretty bad on saturday with my 10 sets. My recovery was way off the night before (went to a party less food less sleep but i didnt drink) an i ended up only getting 5 sets. I went into the gym yesterday an had a super ****tty session. My question is what do you think i should do now? The smolov jr was apparently too much for me at the weight i chose.

10x3 right? What weight were you doing/what did the program specify/what's your max?
Were you taking enough time between sets, and the lack of food/sleep probably didn't help. Still, 5/10 isn't even close. I'm sort of baffled tbh. I believe in the original smolov write up it says that if you're stuck on a weight, stick to that weight until you can do the required sets/reps, but I'll double check in a little bit. Sorry I'm of no help ATM.

apparently i can only do 1 rep, for 65 lbs, on the flat Bench, how do i increase my reps and/or my weight? do i have to increase reps first, and then i can move on to 70lbs?
should i go back to 60lbs, and keep on benching that, or stick with 65lbs, and keep on benching 1 rep, and hopefully by the end of the week, when i'll be benching again, i can do more reps for 65? and if i improve on flat bench, will i improve on decline, and incline? if not, then how?

Get on a basic strength program, the only way to increase is to work at it bro.

Why would you wanna look like that? And if you wanna gain mass, eat twice what you're eating now (srsly, you're an ecto, you're probably eating 2k cals) and cut out the cardio.
