Pissed off!

Ok peeps. I need help here. I'm starting to get really pissed off. I'm trying really hard on losing bodyfat! I am at 13% and don't know how to get lower than that except by doing crack! I work out twice a day watch what i eat not perfectly but for the most part i do a freakn good job at it. I was taking diet supplements but not no more. I see people get results faster and it seems like i workout harder what the hell am i doing wrong

change up your workout. Make sure you're getting enough rest. Cut calories by 250/day.

Well dude, not much to go off of. What does your diet and workout consist of. NO NEED to work out twice a day.

Give me a break, you need to create a greater calorie surplus. That is all there is to it. When people say oh boo hoo I can't lose more weight, no; you don't want to torture yourself, which is normal lol. Because getting into single digits can be just that, absolute torture! You start craving everything sweet and that re-bound effect lasts awhile.

Clean your diet up and lower calories, or increase energy expenditure more.
