Give me a break, you need to create a greater calorie surplus. That is all there is to it. When people say oh boo hoo I can't lose more weight, no; you don't want to torture yourself, which is normal lol. Because getting into single digits can be just that, absolute torture! You start craving everything sweet and that re-bound effect lasts awhile.
Clean your diet up and lower calories, or increase energy expenditure more.
