Question How to squeeze in a workout?

Well things are going well with the diet. I have been able to maintain at least a .5 pound per day weight loss, which I feel is just fine. But I know that I can do more and make things more reliable, while maintaining a better attitude if I can get some activity into my schedule. Unfortunately, I am currently working 12 hour days (6 days a week) and driving an additional 2 hours per day. So out of 24 hours I spend 14 related to work - 7 to 8 sleeping (if I'm lucky) which leaves 2 hours where I eat dinner, take a shower and play with my kids. I do take Sundays off of work and I try to get in at least a walk or something that resembles a run.
Any ideas on how to squeeze in a workout? I know there have to be a couple of you that have run into this over the years - please share your thoughts.

thats tough man, try a quick 20-30min run in the mornings, and park farther away from work

First, 3.5 pounds a week is a little high, isn't it?

Second, I'd go for high intensity workouts. Hill sprints are quick and effective.
