Yep, I'm in the metro area. I'm thinking of hitting up the NPC Maryland State & East Coast Classic in Baltimore on Oct. 18 at the convention center. Anyone ever gone before?

Me at the Mr. Maryland
I was up there in the Convention Center this past week with Bronchitis. Still a great show. My budd, Big John was staff this weekend and invited me out with the guys and Vic for some pizza but i was coughing a lung out. I've eaten with him before after a convention sponsored by Vitamin Shoppe in NY and lemme tell ya. He puts down food. here are pics of me and Vic and Phil.
I'm 242 now at about 5'10 but ive been losing weight purposely to bulk again to 260.
Im actually trying to find out what gyms the competitors went to. any ideas?

harford county here. I did the 2008 maryland, was a great show. I was #17 middleweight, i won my weight class and took the overall. jr. nationals is next, wish me luck everyone!
