Supplement question: RPN Havoc

I have been talking to a couple of guys at the gym where I lift and they have used this and swear by it.

I am wondering if any of the members here have tried it or heard anything good or bad about it. I am thinking of trying it mainly because the guys I know said that it leaned them out. They lost a good bit of body fat with it and that is my main problem, I still have a layer of fat that I can't seem to shed around my middle.

Looked at your profile pics and I have to applaud your efforts. Nice job!!

Before looking to a supplement to lose that last little bit, take a hard look at your training and diet. Maybe there is some room for improvement.

It may just take a slight shift in intensity or maybe a slight tweak in what you are eating to cause that last little bit to go away.

Just a few suggestions. Good luck either way. I haven't used any of their products so I cannot comment on whether or not they work.

To be totally honest, losing more weight would not be beneficial for you to build more quality muscle.

I going to assume that you are aware that this is a steroid and you understand how to run a proper PCT right?

Well, to be honest, no I was not aware of that. A steroid? I thought they were not legal. Now I am confused big time. Can you explain what is involved with that? What is a proper PCT? I'm not educated in this at all.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate that. I know I have come a long way but, the major amount of the fat came off so easily, and this last bit has just clung to me like grim death that I am really getting frustrated. I just want it gone and can't seem to achieve it.

I have tried different tweaks in my workouts. More cardio, different weights and more of them. Tried tweaking the diet, so far nothing seems to be burning off that last bit of fat around the middle and is I let off the cardio amount, which is alot, I seem to be able to gain fat around my middle really easily.
I guess I am just destined to do cardio every night for the rest of my life in order to not be fat.

Welcome to the world of "supplements". I would do as much research as possible on this (or any) compound before putting it in your body, and getting advice from the knuckleheads at the gym isn't what I would call research. I've never used PH's or any type of steroid before so I really can't provide you with the information you seek. Good luck.

The 20 mile bike ride is free, outdoors, full of nice things to look at, and productive. Tighten up your diet, work a little harder n the gym and you'll meet your goals. There are so many other supplements, vits, fish oils etc. to spend your money on that promote quality health before you investigate prohormones. Which is what you're considering using. You didn't need it to get this far. So how important is it really?

I wouldn't recommend a prohormone for weight loss, try taking hydroxycut hardcore or lipo-6 and alter your diet slightly, see if that doesn't do the trick.
That worked for me.

If all else fails...winnie.
