Prolly pritty dumb questions but here goes. Should you cycle this stuff like creatine and no-xplode. And does this stuff have creatine?

Yeah I would suggest that you cycle since it has caffeine. However you can use White Blood when you cycle off of it which is stim-free! No it doesn't have creatine in it either...

Take a few weeks off White Flood once you're through with the container.

You don't really need to... you only use it on workout days

Just to be on the safe side im gonna ask this question but im pritty sure i know the answer already. You dont need to cycle off protein and BCAA like xtend right?

WF does not contain creatine, and no, you do not need to cycle off. Be sure to only take it on workout days.
