Well bad news is that you dont get to choose where you lose fat from. So just keep losing fat until your abs come through, its usually the last area.
Gaining some mass wouldnt be a bad idea though.

When you are training abs and you can feel the burn thats not fat thats burning lol.
To lose your belly fat you need to perform carido and have a calorie deflict diet.
Train abs for the mass.

Yes, add mass to the abs so that when you cut down to a low BF% they are more visable.

Can't spot reduce bro. You need to lower your overall BF%. Eat clean and train hard. Incorporate some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

I love seeing the chubby people in the gym down millions of crunches whereas I don't do any excercises that specifically hit my abs yet my abs are beginning to show from what those above me just specified, diet and cardio.

LOL...I love it man. They rep the **** outta some crunches and they're the same ones that you see at lunch/dinner eating egg rolls, grilled cheeses, mozzarella stix..etc. And then they ask YOU wtf they are doing wrong..LMFAO!!

Caloric deficit = Eat less calories than you burn at the end of the day

OP you must learn how to diet if you want to see your abs.
My abs have only because visible through applying dieting principles and follow a strict eating regime that consists of a certain amount of carbs fats and proteins everyday.
You must educate yourself in the kitchen if you hope to see them anytime soon.
Looking at your avi you already look pretty lean so dropping a couple of pounds should get you to show some, then some weighted ab will help bring em through... and abs respond well to training.
