Supps to help tone

I want to make sure that I am taking the right supplements to help me get optimal results. I just want to tone up and lower my body fat. I am currently taking:

100% On whey protien - I scoop 1x a day
1 scoop of Xtend before workout and one during
Multi
Fish Oil 3x a day
Flax Seed Oil 3x a day

Is there anything else that I could be taking to help me with the results that I want?

it depends on your goals....do you only want to tone, to lose, to gain mass,to compete, to run a marathon....what is your diet looks like? what is your training plan?
the only thing i can suggest you is TIME, discipline and patience!

The main goal is to lose weight. My diet is clean - eating around 1800 calories a day (not sure how to do the macros break-up). I have been doing the P90X workout that has alot of cardio, plyometrics, and resistance training - doing this 6 days a week. Time and patience has been the hardest thing through this whole experience!! I wanted intant results. Just have to hang in there and remember this all takes time!

At your weight, you could probably take a little more Xtend throughout the day. Maybe 2 scoops pre workout, and 2 scoops during

Other than that, your stash looks good!

Love Love Love the P90X. I just had a baby in January and getting to the gym just hasn't been possible. I'm on my way to losing all of the baby weight and can definatly tell a difference in the tone of my muscles. It's been a challenge but the hard work is paying off.

Thanks for your help!

I love the Xtend, but hate the taste - I have watermelon now. Is there any other flavor you would suggest? I've found that most people like watermelon, but its a bit too sweet for me!

I'm not a huge fan of sweet drinks, but I like the lemonade flavor.
