I know it's normal (for some) and i forgot what it's called, but i was just wondering what it is in the WF that makes you feel this and y?

It is the Beta Alanine that causes the tingles. It does go away after a while but does not mean it is not working.

It's the neurotransmitters (Beta-alanine and GABA)

Good to know. I was a bit worried when I started it up. I even gave it to some friends to see if they reacted the same way, which they did.
