T-1 -the waist thing is great, i don't feel subconscious about belly jiggle wearing tighter clothes
(my hips are resistant tho, size 12 bottom size 8 top, the human body is so weird! However, my pants are fitting way better, have to wear a belt with some of them!)
Once again I skipped out on 3caps! I'm a massage therapist and I've noticed if i take 2 and have a massage in the morning i'll talk to them more than i should(you know its supposed to be a relaxing session), so waiting for a day that i don't have a massage!

quick question:

Has anyone ever mention any problems with their stomach with sx?
I've been on it for over 3weeks so i can't imagine the problem would be with the sx, My stomach was in crazy twisting severe pain for over an hour tonight at work, i even considered calling the ambulance!
thought I'd ask
also since i've been posting on here is there anything ive been doing that you think might cause something like that?

Nothing I can see specifically. We've seen a few oddities for a few users, but stomach issues hasn't been one of them. Any major changes lately?

still at 143, I'm not complaining! I fit into my 27 jeans yesterday with no muffin top!!!
Yeah definently don't think it was the slim x, I took 2 this morning and I'm fine! plus it didn't happen til the evening 9 at night, so ...yeah thank god b/c i didn't want to stop taking it yet!


beer: I saw on manswers that drinking 4 beers a night is better than drinking 4 glasses of red wine b/c it raises some level of something, I dont drink everynight anyways so ididn't pay much attention,
also: people were drinking beer at the marathon this past weekend while they ran, not much, but still it makes since for the carbs and all, notif you trying to lose tho

afraid to eat today, i thought i was going to die last night, still don't know the cause!

This is an awesome log. I've been waiting to come home from school so I could start my Slim Xtreme. At school, it is far too hard to diet right. Even the healthy food in the DH is worse that the junk in your own home, and the rest of what they serve is pasta, pizza, and cheeseburgers. It was a luxury to walk in there and have chicken from the grill.
Oh, and the drinking doesn't help either...

I'm glad to see you're having such great success. Hopefully I follow in your footsteps, and I can drop the 10-15 pounds I've been looking to get rid of before beach season. Keep up the awesome work and good luck with the weight loss!

Yea im really really intrested to see how he responds at 3 caps, most people dont even need 2 caps so i cant imagine what 3 caps would be like, very interested in how it went.

Thats for sure. I am a stim junkie and 2 caps had me bouncing off the walls... probably too much energy thats for sure. I really don't know how she handles it =).

ha hey guys, I feel so tough!!! lol!
actually to be honest 3 didn't make a huge difference!
The appetite suppression was better, more liek the first time I took 2, but energy wise I was kinda the same! I mean there is definently energy going on, I probably havent been expressing it right, before slim x i would take naps daily in the early afternoon, now I don't need to do that! it is def more of a brain energy booster for me, its weird to explain, although i think you know what i mean. I just have a more proactive approach to things now. i am alternating 3 and 2. When i'm finished with this bottle I am going to take a break, just so I don't become completely immune too quickly. I would like to continue to use this for awhile.
I took 2 today.

by the way I haven t been eating just what you have seen in past few logs, thats just what i have eatin to that point, I forget to type in the rest, but basically its been consisten, same foods, same calorie range, things i've added in low carb bread(told I need more fiber) natural deli meats-turkey chicken, and the yolks of eggs. I've never stayed this consistent with a diet!
sorry to disappoint with the 3, but like i said..my body is weird, I'm sure the adderral has something to do with me acting differently to stimulants and such. although this is the first thing to jolt my body and get it to react! I can't say enough good stuff about it!

Since this isn't classified as a fat burner, or a stimulant or a thermogenic, what would I classify it as? b/c i will tell people it works differently and that its not a "fat burner", but i don't know how else to explain it!

After trying Slim Xtreme today, and actually paying attention to it, I now understand what you mean as far as the energy goes. It's like very subtle, but efficient. I took one today, I was not brave enough to venture into your territory of 2-3 a day. I may after my tolerance to SX rises, but for now, 1 will be sufficient. The appetite suppression on this is incredible. I wasn't hungry all day. Had to force dinner down!

Definitely smart to start at 1 and not push the envelope I tried 3 once....37 hours later...lol

Atkins isn't bad. It's just a dieting philosophy though, no different than the others out there. Anything to get the calories in to be less than calories out will work.

I've tried atkins actually, it got me started on the low carb! I avoided trying that diet for so long b/c i was a vegetarian. I finally started eating chicken and then other meats but i couldn't bring myself to eat so much meat. I ended up buying th ebook a couple months ago and tried it, it was cool that i could eat omelettes with full fat chz and not gain anythng, but i also never lost anything. I couldn't keep up with it b/c i felt awful eating that kind of stuff and not any fruit, I kinda moved into southbeach which made me feel so much healthier and then kinda moved into lowcarb clean, except for the supreme bars(not clean). So im happy with my diet, i've tried them all almost! I was a yo yo! ha

update: 2 today once again took without thinking about 3
weighed in at 140.0 after workout yesterday so so close to 130's!!! hope it happens before im out of sx!

Ooh yeah! I told you we were going to see the 130`s at the end of this log Macy, keep it going now!

And as you mentioned previously with SX and a break, its not that high need to cycle off it, since its not CNS (central nervous system) based, like caffeine, ephedrine, adderall, amphetamine or whathaveyou. We have some people that are on it on the fourth month, and it still works the same. Then again, you do seem to have a very high tolerance, so if you put your max at ex. 12 weeks, that should suffise. Going 3 caps a day for a duration like that is gonna be expensive tho.. so thats a little downside.

If you want to explain what SX is, just describe its effects. Its a clean long lasting solid energy supp, with very good appetite suppression and mood enhancing effects. As you see on your boyfriend, he has increased his total calorie use on SX. And thats without even training, which we all of course highly suggest and recommend

So just telling all your friends the effects you have, should be telling the tale more than enough
