I am wondering how strong Koreans can get on bench press and squad. Me and this one hyung i work out with got up to 275 max bench. Everybody think it's impossible for Asians to get above 350 on bench press. By the way i weigth 183 pounds and 5 ft 7.

it's possible. I've done it and have witnesses to prove it.

I agree. living in monterey park, ca, everyone thinks your chinese. but I'm japanese. I consider myself american. afterall, america is my home country- born and raised in l.a., lived in d.c. and hawaii for a bit. I think having to constantly identify with a specific nationality can be beneficial or hindersome. I think we stigmatize ourselves and then create partitions for civic engagement.
