It seems like my arms won't grow no matter what?
I've been training hard for 2 years but my arms haven't gotten much bigger at all. They look similar in size to young girls or boys. It pisses the hell out of me. I train them so hard but no one can tell like they're worked out. What to do? For arms I do:
barbell curls
preacher curls
dumbbell curls
close grip bench
skullcrushers
pushdowns
etc.

Try less volume... Just because a pro does that much, doesnt mean it will work for you...
You may be overtraining, or not getting enough protein...

You may have your form down wrong, or you are not doing enough reps, etc.
Make sure you eat healthy and get as much protein as you can (1 gram of protein for every lbs. of you.. so if you weigh 180 lbs take 180-200 grams of protein a day).
good luck & keep training hard.

what do your sets and reps look like? if you have been doing this workout for a while maybe you should change it up and add some extra exercises, sets, reps. or like the poster above said reduce volume

definately agree about using high weight and low reps, but what you listed could never be concidered "overtraining". need your stats too. if you're small you may want to increase overall size, caloric intake, fat intake, etc.
after training "hard" for 2 years you'd see results

Are you eating and sleeping enough?
Also are you doing a well rounded routine with bench, squats, and deadlifts? Do the big lifts and your arms will grow. I do maybe 2 sets of curls for bi's a week and my arms grow. The reason is I squat 3x a week and focus on the big lifts. The body tends to grow as one.
